Michael Duggan is a California Real Estate Broker and co-owner of the company. Michael began his Real Estate career in 1979, soon becoming manager and partner in a large Real Estate company prior to opening Realty World East bay Homes and The Duggan Group Financing.

Michael diversified into the Mortgage Lending Industry in 1985. Michael's vast knowledge and experience in both fields assists clients in their Real Estate needs and financial needs. Alyssa is a co-owner of the company and a licensed real estate broker in California. She is the sales manager for the company and oversees both marketing and transaction coordination to ensure each client's needs are met. Alyssa has extensive knowledge of the East Bay, as well as the San Francisco and Peninsula markets.
